Maria G. Sinanidou, Int. IP LL.M., is an Accredited Mediator, Certified Mediation Advocate specialised in IP Law and since 2005 Counselor at Law at the Hellenic Copyright Organisation. She participates in several EU commissions, Working Groups and fora both of the EU and international organisations on copyright issues. She is also an IP expert in EU projects, with an advising role to SMEs (IP4SMES) and participates as a Short-Term Copyright Expert in Twinning programs of the EU. Maria is an author of numerous contributions in books and legal journals, has many presentations in national and international conferences in the field of IP law and has an extensive law drafting experience.
