US industrial services business Brock Group has appointed Shenna Bradshaw as general counsel, the latest in a series of senior executive hires the company has made this year.
Bradshaw joins from mobile fuel delivery provider Booster, where most recently she was GC and vice president of people. At Brock Group she will be responsible for all legal matters, including compliance, corporate governance, litigation and risk. Bradshaw will work closely with the senior leadership team, including CEO Frank Bardonaro Jr, who joined the company in July to help support key growth initiatives.
Houston-based Brock Group provides soft-craft and general mechanical services to industrial businesses such as petrochemicals, refining and heavy manufacturing, generating more than $1.5bn in annual revenue. It is backed by mid-market private equity firm American Industrial Partners.
Bardonaro said: “We are extremely pleased to have Shenna join us as general counsel for Brock. Her leadership ability and extensive industry experience will be key in helping Brock continue to achieve our strategic growth targets.”
Bradshaw arrives after two years at Booster, having initially joined as vice president of legal before becoming GC in May last year. Prior to that she spent just over four years at Saudi Aramco-backed petroleum business Motiva Enterprises across a variety of roles, including associate GC and vice president for business transformation.
She also had in-house spells at refining business Andeavor (as associate GC for litigation and supply chain management) and infrastructure business Aegion Corporation (as GC and vice president for human resources). She started her legal career in private practice at Am Law 200 firm Greensfelder Hemker & Gale.
Bradshaw said: “I am excited to join the Brock Group as it continues its mission of leading the industry in providing general mechanical and soft-craft support to some of the largest global companies operating in the US and Canada and look forward to working closely with Brock’s senior leaders to support the company’s mission and navigate any legal issues as they present themselves.”
In other recent industrial in-house moves, in August US chemicals business Eastman Chemical Company hired Ike Adeyemi as chief legal officer, replacing Kellye Walker who joined US tractor-maker Deere & Company earlier in the year.
