Caroline Swett is a corporate partner at Debevoise & Plimpton and member of the firm’s Financial Institutions and Banking Groups and is a core member of its ESG practice. She advises domestic and foreign financial institutions on a wide range of regulatory, enforcement and transactional matters and assists boards of directors and senior management in developing and enhancing governance and oversight mechanisms. Caroline also advises and advocates on behalf of financial institutions on emerging financial regulatory issues, including climate change, and writes and speaks on these matters regularly.
