Caroline Grotenfelt is counsel in Bird & Bird's corporate group and head of its retail and consumer sector group in Sweden. She specialises in M&A and corporate law. She has extensive experience advising our domestic and international clients on complex cross-border transactions, and managing and coordinating comprehensive post-acquisition integration and restructuring projects on a multi-jurisdictional level. She also provides advice on transactions relating to public securities, including public takeovers and secondary issues, as well as incentive programs. Based on her experience with large multi-jurisdictional and complex integration and restructuring projects, she has been involved with a firm-wide initiative creating and implementing several project management tools to enhance client services to ensure that the firmn can offer great services and consistency on cross-border deals and projects. As head of Bird & Bird's Swedish retail and consumer sector group, she is also part of the international food & beverage leadership team. Within food and beverage, the firm works with a wide range of food and beverage organisations, at all stages of their business life cycles, including some of the world's best-known brands as well as start-ups.
