Ariane Hettenkofer is a Certified IP lawyer and has been a partner of Kroher Strobel Rechts- und Patentanwälte PartmbB since 2008. She has a strong interest in trademarks and many years of experience, making her an expert consultant for strategic trademark and licensing business planning in particular. She manages various international trademark portfolios for clients and litigates or coordinates national and international trademark disputes, both small and large. Her negotiating talents have helped her settle many conflicts out of court, both in Germany and abroad. She is a certified specialist in intellectual property law and represents her clients before IP authorities, in German courts, before the General Court of the EU and the European Court of Justice. She is a member of GRUR, ECTA, INTA and MARQUES, and since 2021 she has been co-chair of the Famous and Well-known Trademark's team of MARQUES.
