Allen is experienced across the full spectrum of intellectual property, both non-contentious and contentious. His range of experience gained during years of working for international law firms, allows him to provide professional and practical advice to clients, whether they are multinational or local Chinese clients. Allen has advised clients both before the administrative IP authorities and the Chinese courts for trademark, copyright, design patent and domain name related matters. Additionally, he has advised multinational companies on commercial IP issues in business transactions in China, including drafting IP acquisition and licensing agreements, auditing the target companies' IP assets, etc. Allen has obtained bar qualifications in China.
