DLA Piper has confirmed that it is ending its strategic alliance in Indonesia after three years. ‘Our formal alliance with IAB&F is ending soon. However, we will continue to work with them and other Indonesian firms based on the needs of our clients,’ said a spokesperson for the firm. The decision marks the third alliance axed by DLA Piper in the last 12 months, following severed alliances with South African firm Cliffe Dekker and Venezuelan firm InterJuris. Squire Patton Boggs also axed its own Indonesia alliance earlier this year, while several other firms – including Hogan Lovells and White & Case – have recently launched new alliances in the country.
